anybody ever deal with bobo62 ??

i am a 56 and 57 set collector and i bought 4 1957 psa 6 cards for about 60 bucks from him online. Its been since may 31 since i won the cards and sent INSTANT payment via credit card on paypal. that was it Ithought- then i email him

june 6th- CARDS ARE ON THE WAY!! (was reply in a response to if he had sent them)
June 10th- CARDS WERE SENT PRIORITYSHOULD BE THERE ANYDAY!! (was reply to telling him not here yet and what did he use to send them)

its not june 13th at 7:45 am and I go out and check yesterdays mail and still nothing from saturday- I go online to check his feedback again..99.1%...abotu 50 neg's PER MONTH!!!!!! Boy did i mess up.

My question is I paid paypal credit card- i know paypal will do nothing to help me..they are a joke...shouuld i call and put a HOLD on the payment to paypal until the cards get here????? I know paypal may retaliate (sp) against me (not sure how but anyway) but what should i do? This is unfortunately a common expereicne with this guy and I think im having another one. I have not payed my credit card for this transaction...what should i do?? has anyone ever done this before to get paypal and thus the deadbeat dealer by the balls??? Any honest advice would be appreciated

If your credit card is a "gold" card, you have buyer's protection built in. That may be true for other types of cards too - check it out and good luck.

After reading his last 10 pages of feedback I think Bobo should change his name to Bozo......
    Good for you.

I had a problem with a seller - first - paypal would like for you to be under the 30 day limit to use their 'protection' program. But having said that, even beyond 30 days, they will act and did on my behalf - they prefer you use them first and if they drop out, then go to your credit card company. Recommendation: save ALL emails for proof, if needed for your credit card company. Paypal may not be the best but it appears they are on the buyer's side and not the seller from my limited experience. Good luck! I hope everything works out.
