Can anyone identify this vintage Yankees printing plate?

It's 1-1/4" by 1-1/2" and looks like it's a yellow printing plate of some kind. It's metal and attached to a small block of wood. Hopefully the scan comes out well. Not sure what product it would be from, maybe some of the topps mini decals or something of the sort.

Well, it looks like Ralph Houk which would place it in the 60's. Not sure of who made it.

It appears to be the photo used for the 67 set.

It looks like the type of block that was used to add photos in old newspapers.

Wouldn't be the 67 set like you mentioned. Take a look at the hat..........logo is reversed, which would mean the image is flipped the other way when printed and that would mean the visible neck is on the opposite side compared to the card you are showing.

Ooops, missed the part about the size too. Definitely not your average size card! Was this small piece part of a larger plate (with several of the same image) at one time that was cut up and sold? Anything this size go into Cracker Jack boxes?
