The eagle has landed - I have a PSA 6 Mantle for my 1956 Topps set

Hi Guys, I just wanted to share this golden collector's moment with all of you. After months of looking on ebay, on the net and countless emails - I finally have a PSA 6 in my hands for my 1956 Topps set. It has a couple of slightly touched corners but it also has almost perfect centering in both directions. The back is equally as nicely centered and clean. I plan on reholdering the card so that it really stands out (plus I don't like the older font style). I'd love to post scans of the card but I'm not sure how to. If someone will instruct me, I'll post them with this thread. After Sylvia100 had an auction end without a bidder, we started to hash out a price for his PSA 6 Mantle card. For all of you that might deal with Adam in the future, he dealt with me in good faith, he mailed the card when you said he would and insured it for the full price that I paid for it. After the horrible experience I had with another person selling a Mantle (I still haven't gotten my money back yet), Adam did this deal right. He's now selling me two other cards for my set including a really nice PSA 6 Willie Mays. I mark this day as special because it's the day I own my first PSA graded Mickey Mantle card. Neil

Congrats from a fellwo 56 set builder! That card is the crown jewel of the set. I hope to get one someday myself! (Better if I ever plan on making 100%!)
Send a scan to me at cowart@adelphia.net and I can host it for you or let CU host it by using the "Attach file" bar that is located just below the text box that you use to reply to a message.
Regards,
Alan
