Cool Find

Found in the same shoe box as the Fake Spanish coin posted last night, also found 3 six pence coins.
Cool design. Just curious, since it's Canadian, is it worth less than 1c US?

Looks like a nice VF. Worth around a dollar.

    Thanks for the info.

did a quick search on ebay....looks like Canada minted 2 types of pennies in 1920, a large cent like the one above (a tad larger than a US quarter), and a small cent also. am i correct in assuming 1920 was a "transition year"? which is generally worth more, the large or small Canadian cent minted in 1920?

The large cent is worth more. Mintage 6.7million vs 15.5million for the small cent. Both were commonly saved are are easily obtainable in high grades.

It looks closer to an XF in my opinion.
