Should I go for ANACS?

I recently purchased a $5 gold indian head from a shop in las vegas called Sahara Coins. The date is 1908, and they are extremely heavily counterfeited. The merchant who sold it to me was not listed on sahara coins website, but he assured me he had years of experience and it was not a counterfeit. I also noticed they had a $5 liberty, which they only graded XF, yet it was extremely shiny; (It looked like it was cleaned, yet he assured me it was OK). I decided to go with the 1908 indian head, and got an air-tight for it.

I Spent every last cent of my money on it, so Im' currently trying to raise more money to send the coin in to get graded. I hope it doesn't get BB'd.. I'm really afraid it will, it looks ok, but under a 30x microscope I did noticed 2 raised lines next to the stars. I am familiar with how to send coins to ANACS, plus they are cheaper, but this time I really want the coin to get graded by NGC or PCGS. I am a member of the PCGS collectors club, (silver member), so I guess I can send the coin directly to PCGS. I want the service one level faster than the slowest. I've only submitted coins to ANACS, so how do I submit it to PCGS or NGC? Could someone give me directions?

Thanks. (And how much will it cost?)
