Ebay tool bar may cause system problems

After two hours with tech support, we determined that it was the Ebay Tool Bar that was causing Internet navigation to be painfully slow. I installed it about nine months ago, but apperently a recent upgrade didn't jive with my software or company firewall.

W2000, don't know the details why. As soon as I removed it, everything was fine.
