This is a two part question.
First...Cameo and Deep Cameo...a modern proof is considered to have cameo devices if the coin design elements have a creamy white color to them . The cameo "frost" must be complete over all the device elements on both sides. A coin is considered to be "Deep Cameo" is the frost is exceptionally "thick."
A coin is considered to be PR69 if it is virtually perfect in every way. If you put a magnifying glass to the, you will have to struggle to find even a small imperfection..
