Civil War news Crossovers

Just got back from the post office where I picked up my latest crossover cards from SGC to PSA. Submission# 4188532. I put a minimum grade on every card submitted and all twelve crossed. Card # 76 Blazing Cannon was the first card I ever got in SGC 96. The # 2 card Jeff Davis, I was happy to get the grade of 7. That one came out of an unopened cello pack I bought at Fort Washington. The number 2 card was on the bottom of the pack so I picked a good one, In addition that pack yielded 4 other SGC 96 cards, still have 3 more of those SGC 96's to send in on a future submission. Duhh -- I forgot to list my zipcode for anyone who wanted to look at Submission # 4188532. The zip code is 18045

great job, that set is awesome, I collect it as well, however I just go for raw in fair to ex condition. Let Me know if you got any lower condition cards you want to sell. cb3302fan@aol.com

I don't know much about the Civil War cards, but I find it a very interesting set. I think Topps or some company would do well to create some other non-Sports or entertainment sets for historical purposes. Seems like a good way for Topps to infiltrate schools with their product and hook kids on sports cards.

BTW, your id looks like the policeman from the Village People --- which kind of creeps me out ----

    Enjoy your collection!
