Forgot to write submission type on package

Hello all

I recently submitted my package to PSA, and accidentally forgot to write the service on the outside. On PSA's webpage it clearly states that if this happens, the Guarantee is null and void. I submitted for the May CC special ($10/ 5 day).

Has anyone had any experience with what happens? Does PSA still usually honor the guarantee or does it take months as punishment?

    No soup for you!

Actually, I don't think it'll be an issue. They still try to meet the deadline and I have a feeling they aren't so busy at the moment given they graded my 45-day turnaround in less than 3 weeks.

It shouldn't be a problem. I did the same thing at the end of February - I sent in a submission on the $5 special and also on the $10/5 day special and forgot to mark the $10/5 day package. It took about a week to log them into the system, but I did receive the grades in 5 days. And remember, that was when they were at their peak with the $5 special.

That should pretty much guarantee you to get all 5's and 6's. j/k

shouldn't be a problem, they aren't backed up at getting everything into the system and they enter the service level when they enterso you should hve the grades within 5 days once entered.

this "VOID" also doesn't make any sense to me as they don't start counting days until the order is entered. not marking the box may delay entry but once it's entered how does the service on the box have to do with anything? image

I can also vouch for this being "okay". A few submissions ago, I forgot also, with no problems. But, I recall that one took the max time to grade, and usually they have been a few days ahead of the program lately.
