Help from Canadian collectors requested - eh?

I was wondering if anyone had any information on a private mint out of Toronto - Cartier Mint.

Any information on this would be appreciated. Thanks!

Frank

Found it! The Jacques Cartier Mint of Toronto was involved in the manufacture of Municipal Trade Tokens. They had purchased the equipment of the defunct Wellings Mint and later became Interbranch International Mint. They closed in 1982 and sold the equipment to Johnson Matthey. Canada is that treacherous country north of you, who rely on you for protection, but then complain about everything American. Remember, they are the ones who won't fight with you?
