Is this one worth submitting? Would really need a 67 to make it worth while. It has light purple,maroon,blue toning. mike

I think MS66 is the best you could hope for. I'm even inclined to say MS65.
However, there is definitely something funky going on with the mintmark. If it is an RPM or better yet an OMM, slab it.

Toss it in a Dansco and see how it well it tones. It's only a 38-D so give it a shot.

Gee, it only took them 2.5 months to give that opinion. Wow...I see things have really sped up there at PCGS. lol
