I was randomly looking through cards on ebay and I did a search for 1975 Topps PSA cards. I was shocked when I noticed that there are only 16 PSA graded 1975 Topps baseball cards on Ebay right now. And worse than that, there is only 1 PSA 9 and 2 PSA 8's with the rest being 7's. Here's a link. Either Ebay's search engine is having difficulties or dealer submissions are way way down. I usually list more than 16 myself whenever I sell 1975's. There has to be a mistake with ebay considering there are over 40,000 of those cards floating around. If that is right, hopefully it leads to stronger resell prices.

I just checked and there are currently 489 1975 PSA single cards up for sale.

lol, ok, now I feel stupid. I was searching for other stuff at $1 or less and forgot to change it when I changed searches. Hold on while I pry my foot out of my mouth........

I can't find any Mantles in any grade for less than $1.

boy it sure is hard finding quality stuff for less than a dollar. I think you need to be more aggressive in your search and raise the bar to $2. I am sure you will be more successful.
