I bought an album from him last week, and I received it on Monday. I'm not sure when he'll return to normal, but until then, if you're thinking of buying something from him you shouldn't wait. (Just kidding Rob, thanks for the quick shipping on the album.)

What'd you think of the album, Steve? Those old albums seem pretty nice to me. Hope you were OK with the stickers the previous owner put underneath each port on the back side of the pages. (Or if not, I hope they came off OK- I didn't wanna mess with 'em.)

Thought about you earlier. Was watching something on TV, they were interviewing Charlie Daniels, and he was talking about his band. The drummer is from St. Simon's Island. Ain't that by you??

Yes, I work on St. Simons Island.

(In fact, since the mainland post office is on the wrong side of town, St. Simons Island is where I do all my mailing- Steve's package would have had that postmark.)

Never heard of Charlie Daniels' drummer being from this area. Interesting.

I like it, I have several others from the same manufacturer, which I picked up at a show for 3 bucks a piece. I find they easier to store than the Danscos or Whitman Classics.

I also bought a used ($40!) custom made album for Greek post WW2 coins of a similar age.12 pages , 80+ openings of various sizes.



The inside colours are a bit tacky, but other than that it's nice and unusual. What's yours for Steve?

Dimitri, it's a US Peace dollar album; just don't tell anyone else. I wouldn't want to ruin the Darkside harmony here by discussing Liteside coins.
