With all the traffic to and from the Bangalore site for MS I managed to score a nice collection of rupees the coinage is mixed amongst the older and later issues. A real contrast in planchet preparation! I also picked up several notes from 5-1000 rupees. Great designs and a nice treat and deversion from my usual US coin focus. I will post some pics as soon as I can get these scaned in.
