There is only one SBA 1981-S in MS-67 and that is owned by DRG the #1 SBA Registry. I don't think he is interested in selling it. He is a board member under the same name, you may want to contact him and see.

Right now I'm working on the 1981's. Thanks for the link. I have been doing e-bay searches under 1981 d and now see some people list as 1981d in title. So it didn't show up in my search.
