Lighthouse coin case

Has anyone else seen the insert in the June 7 Coin World for the coin cases made by Lighthouse? Anybody use them? They pretty nice but seem a bit pricey. Opinions?

Thanks,

  • I have purchased their albums before and really like them. I may try a case one day.

What sort of "case" are we talkin' about?

  • I have the 5 tray case, and I love it!

I have my Viking ships in it, and I will soon get another one. I keep my coins in Air-tite holders which fit in the trays prefactly. There are so many sizes of tray inserts that there is something that will fit everything.

The German guy that runs the company is very helpfull, and he told me that if I was unhappy with their product, that he would take it back. Great service, and a great product.

I use another German pages "Optima" , but I heard about Lighthouse many times , so I'd like to see how it looks like, I mean albums, that Spinaker mentioned.

  • I think the Lighthouse albums use Optima pages. I like their smaller size and the texture.

  • Yes, Terry I agree with you Optima are nice storage pages, and from the links I saw here looks like they really used these pages for their albums.

Especially I'm imressed from pagesc with variety of different sizes pockets for coins at one page , thing , that I never saw here in local shops. It might be especcailly useful in case you want to dispalay one country at one pages and the coins are usually have different sizes.

So thanks once more for these links.
