image I hope it's nice and shiney! Over the past few days, I can't remember whether is was the place I stopped for gasoline and beer or the local Wal-Mart, but I got a bunch of sticky, dark Lincolns. I take pocket change and throw it in a dish and go through it at my convenience. Low and behold, the darkest and stickiest was a 1914 in I would guess VF or better. Now I just have to get the goo off to figure out how good it is. The details are strong, but really sticky!
The others all ranged between 1999 and 2002! Go figure!

Cool! I love getting the old stuff in change! One day I noticed a 1913 in a tip cup at the local Dunkin Donuts.

Great transactions with oih82w8, JasonGaming, Moose1913.

  • I got a 1917 Lincoln from the shell station last night. It's the oldest coin that I have picked out of change so far.

Haven't got a Wheatie in a long time. I see more early Jeffs, even war nickels.
