    Why sell a coin like this or any other big-ticket item on ebay? The final value fees are going to be huge. Wouldn't it be better to sell it in a live auction where the %10 fee is paid by the bidder? Your thoughts are appreciated.

    Look closer. The auction is being done by Superior Galleries in conjunction with their pre-Long Peach sale. Superior Galleries isn't being foolish, only the eBay bidder (assuming he is the highest bidder after floor bidding is completed).

    I saw one of these puppies at the CSNS in Milwaukee, guy had a $295k sticker on it. I imagine there are very few of these, any idea how many are out there?
