    Toby Qualls has been dealing in foreign coins in general and specialized in Mexican coins for many, many years.

    I used to do a lot of business with him when he only published a catalog.

    Most coins were accurately graded and fairly priced. (Returns were minimal for me)

    Only problem I had was shipments were very sloooooooow.

    Oh yea, the coin looks good. Let us know when you get it in hand (in a couple of months image )
    The most money I made are on coins I haven't sold.
