Great Britain, I think..

Would someone help me identify a coin, I believe it is from Great Britain. It is fairly worn. The date on the obverse is 1802. There appears to be a women's head on the obverse. The reverse has a shield and crown and the word Hispaniarum .rex. I would try and put a picture of it up, but it was sent to me via e-mail as a attachment, and I'm not quite sure how to transfer it to here. Thank-you, Jerry
P.S. Also, if there's a ballpark value on this coin I'd appreciate that as well.
I forgot to put this in about the obverse. The head is looking to the right. Along the left rim the best I can make out the letters CAKOLUS and along the right rim there looks like four Roman numerals followed by a dot, then DRL, another dot, G Thanks for all the help so far.

<< <i>Definitely not Britain - George III was king at that time. >>
He did have bows in his hair!
Come to think of it Charles IV was running the show in Spain in 1802, hummm?

CAROLUS IIII is Charles IV of Spain. HISPANIARUM REX is "King of Spain" in Latin.
Is it silver? What size is it? You'll have to figure out how to put up a picture for anybody to give it any value.
