Somewhat OT: Anyone have 1996 Microsoft Baseball?

It's some sort of baseball encyclopedia/trivia game thing. A friend of mine worked for Microsoft as an editor he snuck my name in there. There's a trivia question in there that goes something like:
Who was known as the Duke of Milwaukee?

He told me about this way back when and recently reminded me of it. He doesn't have a copy, but if anyone does, let me know.
