I'm certainly no expert on cleaning but I've bought several cleaned Austrian coins off e-bay. I may be a bit gunshy but this one looked cleaned to me.

I didn't like the lines that appear to be running Northwest-Southeast on the reverse. Whlie die polish is also common on these why take a chance? They're common enough that a nice one will come along in a sight seen venue.
