Market Acceptable?

HRH,
Do you and PCGS believe in and endorse the term "market acceptable" when referring to toned coins?
As I see it, a coin is either good or bad, and the term market acceptable would seem to imply that a coin MAY be good or bad but may or may not be market acceptable.
The term market acceptable seems like a made up term for those who aren't sure what they're looking at, what's your opinion?

As far as tonimg goes, I don't think market acceptable is the right term. What I think should be done is that there has to be a clear opinion that a coin is artificial. It shouldn't be a matter of "it looks a little weird," or "it might be artificial." For a coin to be boy-bagged the graders should have a strong opinion that the coin is bad.
Thanks,
David
