Supersize the image, and look closely at the lot in the lower right corner, just next to the larger parcel labeled state land. There's a small 33 in the upper corner of the lot.

Agreed. A PCGS MS 1794 $1 is minimum of $250k-300k right now - as if one were even available.

OK, will consider an AU 1794 US Dollar plus cash. For that matter a Lincoln Penney plus cash of $98,899.99 cents might even work. By the way I've offered the producers of Colonial House (the recent PBS series) use of the land for an upcoming series potentially to be titled, "Alaska Homestead House."

Well, an AU is over $150k and an XF is over $100k, so you might need to settle for a VF these days.

The show idea sounds great! Let us know if it gets done.

A mid range, nice eye appeal, AU PCGS $ is a 350K+ coin now. One sold for about such at FUN. An MS coin would be worth 500K++++..... with many buyers including perhaps me. K

Well it looks like the listing is attracting qualified buyers. Anyone with funds to grab a 500K coin obviously has the pocket change to pick up a great property to add to their collection. Another nice thing about the lakefront property is that it is outside of any taxing authority so there are no property taxes to worry about.

All the bear you can eat within the limits of the hunting license restrictions. Moose and caribou in the vicinity are much more tasty though.
