Registry/Math question

The following questions assume that the 1981 Topps Baseball set is 100% completed in PSA 9.

a.) If all 726 cards are registered as PSA 9, would the final Registry grade be 9.00?

b.) Card #190 is weighted '1.' If that card were graded '10,' and card #225 (also weighted '1') is an '8,' would the final Registry grade still be '9?'

c.) Card #206 is weighted '2.' If that card were graded "10", and card #225 (weighted '1') is an '8,' would the final Registry grade be 9+?

d.) Card #180 is weighted '5.' If that card were graded '10,' would five cards then be permitted an '8' grade to result in a final Registry grade of '9?'

Thanks in advance!

    From what little I know:

    a. Yes.
    b. Yes.
    c. Yes.
    d. Yes, as long as all 5 cards are weighted as "1".

The answer to (a) would have to assume there are no variation cards in the set which are weighted differently. If one variation card is weighted higher than another card, PSA uses the higher weight in the set composition. If your card is the lower weighted card and the grade is 8, your overall score will be 7.99+/-.
