Hair is weak above the ear, also typical for N.O. and there are better examples. The face looks as though it has some rubbing and I see that the fields are darker in the open areas than around the devices. This coin has definitely been circulated.
Yea, the coin shop I bought it at, they dealer said it was AU 55-58, and the toning is NT, just wanted to ask some of the experts here what they thought about the toning characteristics for this year and mint coin as well. Thanks to all who reply.
