I'm submitting all my Statehood quarter proofs myself and figured I had 4 more years before I made a 70, but there was a Arkansas PR70DCAM on eBay so I bought it.

My set used to be tied as #22 along with everybody else with 100% PR69DCAM's but now they are #23 and I'm #21.

It still doesn't show up on the main page. Oh well, I've still got 4 more years to make my own 70's
