Jeez, I've always had good luck with paypal till now.

I changed my email address and payments still go to my old address, which has been cancelled, not switched over, apparently.

I won't bore you with the rest of my problems, only that their email responses take 3 days and they misunderstood me when I made it perfectly clear what my problem was.
It's hard to believe this multi-million dollar company only deals with their customers via email when they deal specifically with people's cash.

Sorry to go off topic here...I just didn't know where to go. Anyone know of a phone #?

I can't believe Ebay has finally given in and bought some phones. I thought you had to send smoke signals at the base of the Swiss Alps in iambic pentameter to contact them.
