Difficulty emailing Ebay winners

Typically, after a round of my Ebay auctions end, I'll send an invoice to the winning bidders via Ebay's invoice service. Occasionally I'll have a winning bidder email me after the fact and ask what the total comes to and where they should send their check. Since I already sent an invoice, it causes me to wonder why they're asking for this information again. I have a theory that emails sent through Ebay will sometimes make their way into people's junk mail folder. I monitor my junk mail folder and have intercepted such emails, but I know that not everyone out there does. Is there a way to consistently send email through Ebay that will reach the person I'm mailing? Have other people run into this same problem? Thanks in advance for your replies.
I've had great transactions with people like: drwstr123, CCC2010, AlanLastufka, Type2, Justlooking, zas107, StrikeOutXXX, 10point, 66Tbird, and many more!

<< <i>Ebay for ya'
I wouldn't be so quick to blame eBay. Like Agflyer said, a lot of this stuff gets stuck in spam filters. Also, many users have incorrect or old email addresses registered with eBay. eBay might be the culprit, but there's a lot of blame to go around.
But I have also been having some difficulty on the ebay site.
In past couple weeks, I notice they are tracking my viewing and displaying "like priced" items on my screen for me to see. This HAS to be a tracking cookie of some sort and may be interfering with other stuff that viewers WANT to see.
