Nice pick up Hubcap.

BTW, that is the first 61 Houk PSA 8 I ever remember seeing on Ebay in the past 3 years.

    I had both the PSA 8 and PSA 7 Houk's that were out there last week on my Watch List. The PSA 7 Houk sold a couple days before the PSA 8. The PSA 7 went for $56 and then the PSA 8 went for $960. So now my freshly graded PSA 7 Houk is out there. It will be interesting to see what it goes for.

    On the other hand, I do have a 1961 Topps PSA 8 Ralph Terry #389 out there right now also. Its 1 of 16 with no PSA 9's, with incredible 50/50 centering both top/bottom and left/right, and no "snow" -- pretty sweet card. It might challenge that PSA 8 Houk -- at least I hope so.

    I also bought off line a Ruth #400 PSA 9 from Marc. You know I have been looking for that card centered for a while.

    The Terry centered as nice as it is should bring good money but probably not as much as Houk.

    Am I missing something...I do not see a scan of the card in the auction listing. The seller is solid so I guess he must of sent them out by request after the auction began.

    Actually Rob, one other Houk #133 in an 8 hit ebay last year! It was up for about 30 minuets. I bought the card for almost $500.00.
    I know you remember that one...email read "YOU STINKER".

    You will do welll with the Terry, but I think you may do a lot better if you put up a better scan. I can hardly see that one.

    You're probably right. I always offer to email a larger scan and I have gotten 3 or 4 requests on that one. But I should put up a larger image for the high dollar ones, and I will in the future. Good advice -- thanks.
