So we've had copper, silver and gold, how about pics of your other fave coins that are made of other alloys.

    I just love pristine brass!! Like tin, it's next to impossible to find without problems.

    Speaking of tin, Nicholson sure had some sweet tin halfpennies, eh?

    I have four of them, the four key dates of the entire run of nickel-brass 3ds:

    I found the 1946 and 1949 before I obtained the 1950 and 1951!!

    I also have a business strike 1946 in UNC, but it has a very detracting corrosion spot on the reverse.
