What do you guys think...is this Orr rc card cut from a sheet?

8 Ball says yes. Anything in a BGS holder raises eyebrows. And ask yourself how a card (especially the other one shown from the same set and likely the same sheet) can be a chewed up as it is (notice the chink missing in the stat box on the nack of the 2nd card) and still have such good looknig corners and edges.
