Need help with a coin website

I've really been working hard on making a coin site. My goal is for it to contain lots of helpful information on gold coins, and coins in general. Is anyone here good with CSS and HTML? I'm having some trouble designing a free webpage from Tripod from scratch, I'm new at this.

    I made my page with geocites page builder here. No HTML required! I eventually upgraded to a premium account, but the stuff is really easy to use. I don't know how much work you already put into it, so you may not want to start all over...also, if you are on dial-up, it is PAINFULLY slow. You can see the page I made here. HTH.
