Well, time to start doing a bit of house cleaning (College-whaddya gonna do?). So, I am offering for sale a lovely, well-struck example of the 1982 No-P variety Roosevelt 10-cent piece, graded PCGS MS-65. This was graded several years ago, before PCGS started designating Full Bands for the Roosevelt series, and I believe this example has definite upgrade potential.
