anybody familiar with gsiesser24?

Has some nice cards up on eBay, but every card carries basically the same description with a long disclaimer regarding legitimacy of the card. Has this guy been burned badly or is he a stay-away-from'er? Here's one of his cards.

  • Personally, I would not bid on his cards. I think this picture speaks for itself:

  • Sounds like a lawyer selling trimmed cards. That Rose is a severe hatchet job.

Here's another one of his cards - are the stains or markings on this card the result of doctoring?

Edited to add: By the way - thanks for the input thus far - I am staying away!

NEAR MINTCONDITION on the front and back. It is in my opinion an At least a 9 on a scale of 1 thru 10 (and would be a 9 if not for the small borderp paper loss.)

his way of saying the card is trimmed, w/o actually saying it.

almost every card he is selling sez this.

at least a 9. would be a 9 bla bla bla
    Good for you.
  • All of the cards in my collection would be PSA 10s if there weren't something wrong with them.

Holy cow, that Pete Rose is mutilated! Almost no white border left.

This gives me an idea for a new grade, PSA 9T. Guess what the T stands for. The qualification deducts 100 points from your overall set in the registry. I know some people who could compete for the All-Time Worst Sets.

1967and 1973 Topps baseball wantlists (any condition) welcome. Once had the #14 ATF 1967 set. Yet another collector like skylaneflyer, gimel1 who made it to the completion of 1967 only to need the money more than the company of 609 close friends.
Looking for oddball Norm Cash and Cleon Jones stuff, and 1956 team cards

I think the guy went off the deep end. I bought some unopened 68 baseball packs from him a while back and it was a perfect transaction , all were legit and all authenticated. there was another thread on him on and all his cards were badly trimmed or fakes that I saw. anyone who offers orr rookies for 100 knows they are fakes and is using the disclaimor to plead ignorance. don't bother, he is probably on his way to jail or something.
