5/23 update with no TTT *TRADE ONLY* 3,000 to 4,000 coins CIRCULATED COINS to trade for CIRCULATED c

I'm looking to trade to fill holes. Coins that I have and that i'm looking for will all be
about good to AU.

I'm actually dusting off the Whitmans & Danscos so we're talking about gold old fashioned schoolyard trading

Some coins I have dozens of. If you're interested in some of my HAVE's and can fill one of my holes i'd gladly offer a 2:1, 3:1, 25:1 trade. Whatever it's going to take to get my holes filled. I don't have many (if any) key or semi key dates and i'm not looking for them either. If I ever get to the keys i'll get slabbed ones.

Nothing here is for sale. If you don't want to trade but can sell me the hole fillers PM me or post to the thread.

WHAT I HAVE TO OFFER

10-15,000 wheat cents. Need a roll of something?

What I HAVE in these series (easier to list have than have nots for these) so if it's listed here I don't need it, these are the FILLED holes in the books and i'd like to complete the empty spots (does this make sense? or should I list the holes.

  • good lord... *drools*

I have almost none of the things you need. If I DID have any of them, it'd only be like, one.

It doesn't have to be something I need. If YOU need something i don't care if I have 52 of one coin or 51 of that coin just send me something of similar year or grade or value and fill your holes

  • The only coin that I have that is on your need list is a BU 55-D Washington. I started going through your have list, and I need Barber Dimes 1899, 1900, 1902, 1908, and 1911. Roosevelt Dime 1949-D. Barber Quarter 1897, 1907, 1908-D, 1909-D, and 1912. Washington Quarters 1941, 1941-D, 1947, 1948-D, 1949. Walking Liberty Halves 1923-S. Franklin Halves 1952, 1960-D, 1962-D, and 1963-D. I also need all of the American Eagles that you have listed (except the 2000).

I'll look and see if I have any other coins that you might consider to be upgrades. PM me,so we can set up a trade.

I'm glad you can use some of the coins that I have. I'm concluding a BUNCH of trades right now for auction catalogues and coins with a few forum members, then i'm going on another friggin business trip for a couple days. PM me your lists and such and we can keep haggling back and forth.

About half the time I ship with lightening speed and half the time work explodes and it takes me an extra week just to get the darn things sent out.

The good news is so far EVERYONE is satisfied with the trading and i've been having a blast.

The bad news is.. well.. there is no bad news! Everyone gets the coins they want or need image

  • Thanks for the update Tom. Look forward to the shipment and safe travels to you.

99% of my collection is just that, a large hole. I can't afford to begin a type set, or even a year set of a specific coin (even wheat cents... just too expensive for pre-1940 dates). Most of what I have is just a coin here and there. Most of what I'm trying to even do right now is at least get two of each type of coin I have, or at least a "poor-man's" version of a type set (mainly quarters. I have 7 types (minus the state quarters), and large cents (I have 3 types). Half dollars are nice, too, but are way too valuable/expensive for me to get.

The things you have that I'd be interested in (wheat cents, barber and slq quarters, barber dimes, walking liberty and franklin halves, and peace dollars), I just have nothing of equal value to return.
