The last coin I need for my basic type set registryis a bust dollar. Does anyone know what these cost in PCGS MS40 - PCGS MS58. Anyone have one to sell?

There can be a huge price spread between two similarly graded specimens of the same garden variety type. Bust coinage holds the greatest variance when it comes to grading. Don't be too hard on the services, but some series are simply very difficult for any number of legit reasons.
In this case, you can easily find generously and conservatively graded specimens with the same assigned grade. You can easily find uber lustrous EF specimens and lifeless ChAU specimens. You can easily find original and cleaned specimens. And, you can find problem-free as well as worked on specimens (rim filed, tooled, repaired, etc.).
Bust dollars, or "Daddy" dollars, are true veterans of the passage of time!
For the lustrous ChAU specimens, expect to pay well over 60 money. If they look like AU63 coins, then they will fetch MS63 money. Good luck!

If you look at Heritage's May 8 Sale you'll see a number of Early Dollars. It should give you an idea of prices, at least for some of the dates. The lower end of the scale you're looking for isn't cheap. The higher end, like EVP stated, are much more expensive.
Edited to add: Early Dollars are one of my favorite coins. I routinely look at Cardinal's set.
