Would need to see it in person. Some areas look like it may be harshly cleaned and some don't.
No idea about the price on them.

I would be willing to bet that it had at least a very old cleaning. Depending on how badly it was cleaned, I think that it was well worth it for what appears to be very cool die clashing.

When dies strike and no planchet is in between, they often leave imprints on each other which show up on subsequent coins.

Here you can see what happens to a coin.
On this one the entire outline of liberty's face from the obverse shows up on the left.

Dosn't look cleaned to me. Off center strike. Die Clashing. Neat Original looking coin (from the pic) some things are allways hidden in the pic's (hairlines, scratches etc...)
