1982 Topps Set

I have a fellow who is going to sell me a pack fresh 1982 topps set in about 6 months WITHOUT the ripken...if anyone has a NEW beckett...can they please tell me how much the High set value is worth WITH the ripken...and how much the ripken is worth (set will cost high value - high ripken value)
