Need Help ANACS put fingerprint on proof coin

Can anyone tell me what recourse I have?? I sent in two 1962 Franklin Proofs that were both graded the same grade and returned, but one had a big fingerprint on it that was not on it when I sent it in. By them being graded the same, it appears to me that between the grading process and the slabbing process they got a fingerprint on my coin and then slabbed it still. Will they reiumburse me for the insurance I had on the coin, since it is probably now worthless to anyone?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

It's too bad you couldn't have the fingerprint identified by a police dept. and send the coin back with the documentation pinpoiting who owns the finger and make that person pay for it.
