What is this

3g, 25mm, brass milled coin with upset rim on the lacquered obverse but not on the blank reverse:

It's from the can my daughter found in her new house.

Those things drive me nuts. I just got a bag full of them and identified about 3 of them in a day. LOL At least with yours I can see a 100 on it...or is that some kind of character that means something else?
