ANACS Net graded reasons

I am very frusterated about the ANACS website. It has no forum, and quite frankly, is very straight forward. One thing I'd really like to know about ANACS is all their reasons for net grading. Looking at ebay I put in 'ANACS Net' and found about 36 results. One coin was corroded, scratched, and "plan-tooled"(What does that mean? I've heard of tooled, but plan-tooled?)

What is all their reasons for net grading a coin? I assume they do not slab counterfeits and state that on the slab?

    Hi,

Ex-jewelry means that the coin was mounted on a piece of jewelry like a ring or belt buckelimage

Yes, gold coins that end up in jewelry sometimes get removed , and you can see the damage to the coin.

Jewlry damage is supposed to reduce a gold coin's value to bullion value.

Unless it is a rare coin such as this one from Tibet, in which case the market decides.

I'm in full agreement with Mr. Goldcoinlover. I'd prefer the website to be confusing.
