I wrote out a request to ICCS for submission forms and instructions this morning to FAX to them. On a last second whim I thought I'd try their regular telephone number before sending off the FAX and, yeah, they answered the phone. A very nice guy took my name and address and gave me turnaround times too. Sometimes you actually get a pleasent surprise....
