Question about Sacagawea coin in Lewis and Clark C&C Set

Does anyone know if this coin will be "burnished" like the 2000-D coin was in the Millennium C&C set? I tried calling the mint but the person wasn't able to help much.

Information on the mint website is obscure enough to leave questions as to what you will receive in the way of finish on both nickels and the dollar. All they state is that they will be uncirculated.

I am hoping that the two earlier C&C products (Jefferson in 1994 and the Botanic Gardens in 1997) are precident enough to make the nickels matte in finish. I also hope the dollar is something special.

    I guess we'll see
  • Take the shot and order some!
If it truns out to be all just regular coins, return them for a refund. Your final cost, $4.95 non refundable postage.
If the nickels turn out to be Matte or a "Burnished Sac", you now own some very rear coins and have made a very smart decision.
Its a no brainer to me.
Priced at $90 each, for a $35 L&C dollar, that means they are asking $55 for one Sac dollar, 2 nickels and a silver plated Peace Medal. Thats quite a bit for $1.10 face value.
    I'm betting they are "special".
