Sniper software failed again

I have had a rash of bad performance issues with the autosniper site I have been using and I'd like to ask the group what y'all are using.

Completely free, usually effective, but not perfect. Check out the bid timing optionsimage

    Auctionsniper

Cacheman introduced me to it. It has never failed once yet.

Three or five seconds lead, depending on how bad I want the item.

If anyone wants to join, please send me a PM, we'll both get three free snipes.

  • I second auctionsniper - never let me down either.
You pay - but not much, and the way they link to E-Bay, and the back-up power they use, means that they are more likely to place the bid than I am.

One auction I really wanted - I was going to snipe myself (save a few pennies), ended up putting a snipe with auctionsniper. My internet connection went down for two hours near the end of the auction! Very glad I had the snipe in - won the coin.

Last point, they have an icon that you can place in your Links toolbar. Click on the icon when you are on an E-Bay auction page, and you can enter the spine directly.

On the other hand if it's a nice farthing you're bidding on - keep to your old siteimage

I do manually snipe a lot but never while at work - that's when I rely on the auto sniper (well, used to rely on it).

  • I use AuctionSniper and have never had it fail in placing a bid (unless my bid was already under the current bid).

It is a fee service but in my opinion well worth it! If you are using dial-up it is the only way to snipe. Try it - the first 3 snipes are free. AuctionSniper
