Here is a nice album toned 1897 in a PCGS ms64 holder. The aqua peripheral toning goes all the way around on both sides.

That's a nice original coin. Here is a hint for that toning pattern: slightly tilt the coin to capture the color. That type of toning is among the most difficult to image, but a slight tilt should work.
