Fake Mantle...this one "graded" by PCG

This is definitely a fake. Look at the front of the card...it is the variation where the black box does not go all the way around the Yankees logo. On the real card, this variation will show the stitches on the back pointing to the right. On the back of this one, the stitches are pointing to the left. In other words, this card is worth about a dime, and it's soooo sad that someone has already bid this up to $2100. I feel sorry for them.

This shows the validity of PCG as a grading company...they are as bad as PRO.

And go figure, the user ID's are kept private. I can't imagine why the seller did that. Has anyone emailed the seller?

Yeah, I emailed him....no surprise that I haven't gotten a response. He's going to take some poor sucker for a lot of cash.

Damn...that piece of crap went for $3700. That's just outright fraud and theft, especially since I emailed the seller about it. Is there anything else that can be done?

Interesting too that the image of the front of the card was taken down right away, but the image of the back remains.
