What would you do?

I won four auctions from "Discountcardz" on Ebay about two weeks ago, his end of auction e-mails only included three of the four cards. I replied to him three times over the course of the last two weeks to get a total for all four cards and didn't get a response any time. Today I get a second notice from him saying it has been 15 days since the end of the auctions and he has not received payment, this time it includes all four cards and $5 shipping for four cards (the auction contained shipping prices so I can't complain about that but you and I both know that it will show up with less than $1.50 worth of postage).
My question is: Would you send the money order (doesn't take Paypal) or not? My thought is, if he can't even respond to an e-mail, why would he take the time to mail the cards. He has 11642 positive and 243 negative, so the feedback means nothing to him.
Just curious as to what everybody else thinks, I will send the money, but I have a bad feeling about this one.

To me that is just bad business. There is always time to e-mail a buyer or potential buyer. That is part of your non-seen feedback.
But, you have to pay this one. As said, many of these "big time" sellers don't care enough to respond to email, but they do send the items out in most cases. You knew the shipping costs up front, and while I agree he should have been considerate enough to email you a total, you are still responsible for payment. Vargha is right, send a Postal MO so you can track its receipt.

Those feedbacks are not even half the story; he actually has around 54000 postings, member since 7/01 - that's roughly 360 lots a week. This guy is busy - there is no excuse, though, for shoddy salesmanship. I hope it all works out for you. Bump this thread up and let us know how it turns out.

It's amazing how some people can make money in spite of themselves!

BTW, since his shipping prices are stated in the auction listing (including the combined rate), you don't really need to wait for a final invoice from him.
