Registry Theme Question

I am new to the set registry, in that I do not grade entire sets, nor am I working on a player set. My question is, can you start your own registry? For example, I, through no particular goal, have acquired some nice graded high-end autos. Can I just start a registry of my own with those cards? The only "theme" if you will is that they are all superstar autos. Not from a given set, year or player neccessarily. I am assuming the answer is no, at least at this point. I have lots of high end autos of guys from Bench, Mays & Bonds to Moss, Leftwich, Lebron and MJ. Was just curios if I could have a registry of my own if for no other reason to say I "collect" for some purpose other than to have & to hold.

You can ask PSA to start registry sets for various set, and list you cards in separate set. I do not think you will be able to simply list an inventory of your cards. The Bench and Mays autographs can go into the HOF autograph set, but you cannot mix the various sports.
