IN MEMORIUM: Dennis Gigeous
Recently our good friend Dennis Gigeous passed away suddenly at the age of 53 years old. We had known "Denny" since 1991. His passion for Morgans was only rivaled by the love he had for his family. At major shows he'd chat for hours with any dealer or collector who was willing to discuss dollars. His favorite coins were his DMPL's and his highlight coin was a 1893S $1 PCGS MS63 that's white and high end. Denny owned a small liquor store and worked hard. But during his lifetime he was able to amass one of the better complete Morgan Dollar Collections. His set is listed on the PCGS Registry under the name DWG. We are proud to have known and worked with Denny. The Morgan Dollar world lost a true friend.

I had known Denny for the last 4 or 5 years.
He emailed me all the time when he saw I had upgraded a coin.
His PL set is number one on top of mine.
He kept thinking I was going to catch him,but I always told him that was not going to happen.
He was always happy for me when I found a new gem for my set.
I am saddened to hear we lost Denny.
I saw him last in Baltimore, where we had a nice chat.
He looked very happy as always.
Thanks again to Legend for posting the official news earlier today,
Larry

I did not hear he was ill. What the heck happened?
It's always comforting to see the outpouring of kindness and heartfelt words
from their friends here.
